Something Corporate

As you undoubtedly know, DelinoDeshields is owned by Clear Channel Communications, and so management is always nagging us to do what’s good for the brand, etc, etc. So, with that in mind, and frankly I’m not too happy about this, I have been asked to bring your attention to the following exciting opportunity. For a limited time only Delino readers can get six free months of our sister magazine Gesture Aficionado, the magazine devoted to hand gestures and facial expressions.

Here is a picture of a cover, so you can get an idea of what it's all about:

Personally, I think it's a pretty stupid idea for a magazine, but hey, money talks in this business, and it's out-selling Delino like 3-1. Also, it has never been anonymously flamed. So, if you're interested in the offer, shoot me an email at thomas.lehman@yale.edu (that's yale.edu - did you get that?)

Oh yeah, and if you take us up on the offer, make sure not to miss Delino contributor Eric's chess column. This month's puzzler is a doozy. (Hint: White plays the Levenfish Variation against Black's Triple-Dipple Rainbow)
